Pilates uses controlled movements, primarily focused in your core to improve your endurance, balance and posture.

BOOTCAMP

Full body workout, increasing your muscle and cardio endurance making you fitter and stronger.

PIYO

PIYO is a low impact fitness class offering 
you benefits of both Pilates and Yoga combined together and good workout.

PREGNANCY and POST NATAL CLASSES

PREGNANCY and POSTNATAL classes are designed to help new mums to stay fit in pregnancy and postnatal period.

PERSONAL TRAINING

As a PERSONAL TRAINER, I aim to give my clients tailored, varied and enjoyable training programmes and nutritional advice to meet their specific health and fitness goals.

QIGONG

QIGONG is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves
meditation, controlled breathing, self-massage and movement exercises.

PETRA LEWIS

Hi my name is Petra Lewis and I have been in the fitness industry since 2000. I have qualified as an LTA Level 2 tennis coach and run my own business as a tennis coach.Following the successful launch of Cardio tennis I have realised how much I enjoy the fitness aspect and helping people to reach their fitness goals. As a result I have decided to get my UK qualification in the fitness industry.
