Welcome to Bristol Pilates and Bootcamp fitness offering variety of PILATES classes and outdoor BOOTCAMPS and Buggyfit
Classes include Buggyfit, Pregnancy and Postnatal Pilates, Over 60’s, Trigger Point Pilates, Beginners Pilates, Personal Training and Bootcamps.
Sessions are suitable for all ages and fitness levels aiming to help you achieve your goals.

PILATES

Pilates uses controlled movements, primarily focused in your core to improve your endurance, balance and posture.

BOOTCAMP

Full body workout, increasing your muscle and cardio endurance making you fitter and stronger.

PIYO

Piyo gives you benefits of both Pilates and Yoga combined together.

PREGNANCY and POST NATAL CLASSES

Pregnancy and Post natal classes are designed to help new mums to regain your shape, strength and fitness.

PERSONAL TRAINING

As a Personal Trainer, I aim to give my clients tailored, varied and enjoyable training programmes and nutritional advice to meet their specific health and fitness goals.

PETRA LEWIS

Hi my name is Petra Lewis and I have been in the fitness industry since 2000. I have qualified as an LTA Level 2 tennis coach and run my own business as a tennis coach.Following the successful launch of Cardio tennis I have realised how much I enjoy the fitness aspect and helping people to reach their fitness goals. As a result I have decided to get my UK qualification in the fitness industry.
